获得有伸缩性的外皮，用躯体下部的突起摇摇晃晃行走的软体数码兽。情绪高涨时身体膨胀起来的样子看起来就像年糕一样，所以才被叫做「年糕兽」。不过却有着不可貌相的高智商，从这点推测他产生自计算机内的词典功能。理解人类的语言，偶然可以看到他自如变形身体想跟人交流的样子。会像年糕一样吐出伸缩性的泡泡封住对方的动作。
獲得了具有伸縮性的外皮，利用身體下方突起部蹣跚行走的軟體數碼寶貝。興奮的時候身體會膨脹，看起來就像年糕一樣，因此被稱為「年糕獸」。然而年糕獸擁有從外表看不出來的高智力，所以推測年糕獸是誕生自電腦的辭典功能。年糕獸可以理解人類的語言，不時可以看見年糕獸讓身體任意變形，試圖與人類溝通的模樣。能夠放出像年糕一樣的伸縮性泡泡來封住對手的行動。
伸縮性のある外皮を獲得し、胴体下部の突起を使ってヨチヨチ歩く軟体のデジモン。気持ちが高ぶると体を膨らませる様子が、餅の様に見えるところから"モチモン"と呼ばれるようになった。しかし、見ためからは想像もできないくらい高い知性を持っているところから、その発生はコンピュータ内の辞書機能からと推測されている。人間の言葉を理解し、自由に体を変形させてコミュニケーションを取ろうとする様子が、時折見受けられる。餅の様に伸縮性のある泡を出して相手の動きを封じる。
A mollusklike Digimon with highly elastic skin, Motimon uses the protrusions beneath its body to waggle its way around. The name “Motimon” comes from its resemblance to mochi when it puffs up its body in excitement. Despite its appearance, Motimon possesses a surprisingly high degree of intelligence, and so is believed to have developed from a computer dictionary. Capable of understanding human language, Motimon can occasionally be seen altering the shape of its body in an effort at communication. Motimon uses its mochi-like Elastic Bubbles to restrict opponents’ movement.
신축성이 있는 외피를 얻어 몸통 아래쪽의 돌기를 이용해 아장아장 걷는 연체 디지몬. 흥분하면 몸을 부풀리는 모습이 떡(모티)처럼 보이기에 "모티몬"으로 불리게 되었다. 하지만 겉모습으로는 상상도 못 할 정도로 높은 지성을 지닌 것으로 보아 컴퓨터 내 사전 기능에서 발생한 디지몬으로 추측된다. 인간의 말을 이해하고 자유롭게 몸을 변형시켜 의사소통하려는 모습을 가끔 볼 수 있다. 떡과 같은 신축성 거품을 내보내 상대의 움직임을 봉쇄한다.
Dieses Digimon besitzt einen weichen Körper und eine elastische Haut. Es bewegt sich auf den Auswüchsen unter seinem Torso fort. Wenn es aufgebracht ist, schwillt sein Körper an wie ein Mochi-Reiskuchen, was ihm dem Namen Motimon eingebracht hat. Sein Aussehen lässt nicht auf seine überdurchschnittliche Intelligenz schließen. Daher vermutet man, dass es aus einer online Wörterbuchfunktion entstanden ist. Es versteht menschliche Sprache und verändert manchmal seinen Körper, um zu kommunizieren.
